My Life-Changing All-on-4 Experience at Four Ever Smile Garden City After years of frustration with a dentist more interested in profits than my care, a failing bridge sent me back to my old dentist. He said it couldn't be fixed and recommended All-on-4 implants, but the surgeons he referred me to required splitting the procedure between multiple providers. I wasn't comfortable with that.Then I saw Four Ever Smile's ads about doing everything in-house and booked their free evaluation. Dr. Vibert took x-rays, created a clear plan for upper and lower full-arch implants (12 extractions + 12 implants total), and explained every step in detail. No pressure at all. Cristina walked me through costs and financing—loan approved in 2 days at a fair rate. Surgery was scheduled for late June 2025.The 5-hour procedure went smoothly, and I walked out with 3D-printed temporary dentures. Healing involved a soft-food diet (not as bad as I expected—canned pineapple chunks were great for practicing chewing). Follow-ups at 1 week, 1 month, and 4 months were thorough. At the 4-month mark, they re-scanned and delivered a prototype, then the beautiful permanent set a couple weeks later.Now, 8 months late

I just left the Garden City Office of Four Ever Smile. I just hope my review can do justice to one of one of the most positive experiences of my life. From the beautiful, immaculate reception area. Their setting is only made more impressive by their incredible employees in that area.While extremely professional, their welcoming and sensitive personalities put you in an immediate feeling of calm & comfort. Their smiles and warmth have you feel you are among good friends or family. I met with Christina ( extremely difficult to believe she has been in this profession as long as she says).Meet her and try to disagree with me, I DARE YOU.She gives you the complete,honest no holds barred ,in depth details of everything you will experience. Has the answers to all your questions and then some! So today was my final installation of my " New Forever Smile" .Really not happy that my next meeting is in six months. I always enjoyed my appointments ,not a comment many can share regarding dental appointments. Again" I won the lottery "when I met Dr Kahn. Great experience. They were honest &upfront about everything,no surprises. Utmost professionalism from start to finish. I was always treated like a valued patient not just a customer. I couldn't of hoped for a better outcome. From the office staff to the dentists & the anesthesiologist, everyone was great. I highly recommend them all. Forever smile saved my life I recommend them to everyone. been suffering with my teeth for years , team is exceptionally friendly never felt scared make you feel so welcome and comfortable. surgery went well recovering was fast ,Never had such a great experience. The work they do is just phenomenal. I feel great. I look much better. I can eat anything I want and it’s a changing of my life. .
